1. Information We Collect

Account data (name, email, profile picture via Google OAuth or registration), wallet addresses you connect, transaction records (fiat and on-chain), assets you create, messages submitted via contact forms, and technical data (IP address, device, browser) for security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Platform; process payments and verify blockchain transactions; deliver transactional emails (welcome, password reset, purchase confirmations) via our email provider Resend; comply with legal obligations including AML/KYC; and improve Platform security and performance.

3. Blockchain Data

Wallet addresses and transaction hashes are recorded on public blockchains (Polygon). Such data is public, immutable, and outside our control once broadcast. Do not connect a wallet if you do not wish its address to be associated with your activity.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Platform (payment processing — Stripe; email delivery — Resend; blockchain infrastructure — Alchemy), or where required by law, regulation, or court order.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and as required by financial recordkeeping regulations (typically 5–7 years after account closure).

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), httpOnly session cookies, and access controls. No system is 100% secure; use strong unique passwords.

7. Your Rights

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
